The California Transition Alliance along with their collaborative partners, are excited to present a two-day event integrating keynote speakers, breakout sessions, and a youth strand led by highly respected leaders and practitioners in our field. The institute will provide an opportunity to increase your knowledge, skills, understanding, and access to evidence-based best practices related to the changing landscape of transition for students with disabilities from birth to adulthood.
